Motorcycle Camping Trip - Nevada, eastern Oregon, and California: 2009
<<13 days riding around and camping in Nevada and Owens Valley (CA). Piled my camping gear on the motorcycle and headed east for thirteen days of exploring all sorts of remote backroads in eastern California and Nevada. Very fun vacation. I'm really worn out! But it was a fantastic adventure.
I piled my camping gear onto it this summer, and headed east, exploring all sorts of backroads, trails, and canyons in the Sierras and way out into Nevada.
My objective was to explore as many tiny backroads and canyons as possible. Most of the roads were gravelled; oftentimes pretty deep gravel, and oftentimes deep sand too. Very treacherous with my tall, heavily loaded bike.
Found some really fantastic little backroads, and pretty little canyons thruout Nevada. It was a good adventure
